Congrats to all RRISD Council-level Reflections participants!

During another non-traditional year, over 30 schools joined together to advance more than 250 entries to Council Judging. Thanks to the wide variety of entries across ages, categories, and special artists, RRISD is advancing 28 pieces to the State level. The maximum is 30, and 28 is a new Texas PTA record!

Special congratulations to Hopewell Middle School for striving to make a difference. With low entry numbers this year, they advanced just one entry to Council. That student's drawing earned the Overall Award of Excellence, and is the one middle school Visual Arts piece that will advance to State!  Congrats to all our winners at all levels, and to every chair and PTA volunteer that made Reflections possible for all our students during this challenging year.

Scoring reminder:

• HM = Honorable Mention (Bronze Medal)
• AM = Award of Merit (Silver Medal)
• AE = Award of Excellence (Gold Medal)
• OAE = Overall Award of Excellence (only one per age group/category, advances to State)
