Schedule:

• 10:30AM to 11:00 AM – CHECK-IN
• 11:00 AM – MEETING TO BEGIN PROMPTLY IN AUDITORIUM
• 12:30 PM – MEETING ENDS
• 12:30 PM TO 1:00 PM – GRAB & GO BOXED LUNCH FOR THOSE THAT PURCHASED (online or day of)*Please see below for changes in lunch options for all attending
• 12:30 PM TO 1:00 PM – PTA COUNCIL HELP DESK

Lunch is OPTIONAL: Meeting is FREE if you don’t purchase a lunch. $12 includes meal, bottled water and dessert. This can be purchased online in advance for one or more members. Accepting checks, credit cards and cash the day of the delegate meeting (pre-purchase lunch HERE)

Network and gather after the meeting to eat your lunch, be a part of the PTA Council Help Desk or just to say hello

We encourage you to carpool with your Board and get to know them on the way! Parking is available, but please keep in mind McNeil is undergoing construction and spaces are farther away. We ask that you reserve the spaces next to the Performing Arts Center for Principals and District Leadership so they can come and go quickly due to their schedules.
