Community Input Requested for Board of Trustees Candidate Forums

Dear PTA Leaders and Round Rock ISD Community Members,

There are seven members of the Round Rock ISD Board of Trustees, each elected to serve staggered four-year terms. This November 3rd, voters will decide places 1,2,6 and 7.  The Round Rock ISD Council of PTAs Advocacy Committee understands the gravity of this year's races and is striving to inform voters of the candidates' positions.

We are gathering community input to develop questions to be posed to the candidates. Please help the committee by submitting questions for the candidates that you feel are important as a stakeholder within Round Rock ISD. Use this VOTER INPUT FORM to submit questions until September 20th.

The committee will meet to condense, edit, and finalize what questions will be asked. Our goal is to ask a broad range of questions from all communities over a variety of topics. Candidate forums and voter guides from trusted nonpartisan sources are an important resource for voters.

Please help us gather community input by sharing the Voter Input Form. If you are sharing from the Round Rock ISD Council PTA Facebook page, we recommend that comments are disabled. Only input submitted via the Voter Input Form will be considered.  Thank you for being a part of this effort!

Sincerely,

Snehal Phirke
RRISD Council of PTAs President
