Screenagers is an award-winning film that probes into the vulnerable corners of family life and depicts messy struggles over social media, video games and academics. The film offers solutions on how we can help our kids navigate the digital world. (runtime about 67-minutes) Hosted by Westwood HS PTSA and the PTAs of its feeder schools.

Online Be Kind family event - March 7

Texas PTA believes strongly in protecting kids during online interactions. We are committed to learning and sharing ways for parents and students to engage in wise online behaviors. Online Be Kind is an interactive and fun event for parents and students between 4th and 8th grade. Parents and students travel together through stations participating in activities that cover themed aspects of wise online behavior.

Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 11:30AM-2PM at Grisham Middle School.

Council of PTAs Senior Scholarships

Seniors in Round Rock high schools are invited to apply Council of PTAs' Senior Scholarships. Council awards $500 to seniors at each of our high schools. PTAs throughout Round Rock ISD contribute to this scholarship program. Please talk to your school counselor or download the application. Applications must be submitted by March 30, 2020. Out of the Darkness RRISD Campus Walk - April 18

Join RRISD School Health Advisory Council and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention on the Out of the Darkness Campus Walk to engage youth and young adults in the fight to prevent suicide, the second leading cause of death among people ages 15-24. Walk takes place at Stony Point High School on April 18, 2020 from 9-11AM. Contact Amy Grosso with questions.

  • First 2 PTAs to create a team and register 25 walkers win 5 Walk Tshirts from previous year.
